Side
Rail Hinge w/ Lid Stay Set

Polished solid brass heavy duty side rail hinge
with lid stay that stops at 95°. This hinge is easier to
install and adjust than a quadrant, but still offers the
stay support for heavy lids. Lid stays require a well
mortise of 1". Intended for intermediate and larger boxes of 75 -150
cigars. Includes Screws. Made in USA.

Quadrant

Polished solid brass quadrant hinge set with
lid stay that stops at 95°. If you are making a high-end
cigar humidor or top-lid jewelry box and are capable of
getting over the initial jig and fixture phase, then these
hinges are for you. They require a full mortise depth of
3/4" on the top lid and 1" on the bottom for the
stay support (install with 3/16" spiral router bit).
They also need to be routed the thickness of the hinge
(.061") in order to set flush with the lid of the
box. In addition there are 6 holes to be drilled for each
hinge. Intended for larger boxes of 100 - 200 cigars.

Lock
and Key

Full mortise polished
brass lock and key. This
handsome lock set is made from a combination of
brass and plated steel. Its slim design and low
profile is easily mortised into small boxes and
chests. Includes escutcheon plate, lock bolt, key
plate and key, Escutcheon is 3/8" wide x 2-9/16"
long. Body is 1/4" wide x 1-3/4" long x 1-1/8" deep.
