humidifier comes complete and ready to use. Simply remove the humidifier
from its packing and soak the unit for 10 minutes in distilled water.
Wipe off all surface moisture and install in your humidor. There is no
need to use any commercial additive. Depending on the quality of the
humidor, the condition of the cigars, and the frequency of use, a two to
three month service interval is assured. When installing in a new
humidor a conditioning interval of 1 to 3 weeks is required to achieve
optimum humidity levels.
