PRIVACY POLICY

BC Specialties does not reveal customer e-mail, mailing, shipping, billing or other personal information, except to complete transactions with our credit card processing associates. We do not sell, rent or provide customer information to any outside party under any circumstances. BC Specialties does not maintain a mailing list of any type. BC Specialties does not have a mailing catalog.

SHOPPING / ORDERING

BC Specialties is please to offer our customers an easy and convenient way to shop for a wide range of quality cigar and wine accessories.

When you select and add an item to your shopping cart, you will remain on the same product page and receive a confirmation notice of your selection at the top of that page. This will allow you to continue your shopping for additional items that may be listed on that same or different product pages, while not having to go to a separate confirmation page first.

When you have completed your shopping, click on the "Shopping Cart" link. Once linked, you will be able to modify the quantities, and/or delete  any item listed in your shopping cart. After you have made any desired changes to your shopping cart, select the proper state or country the order will be shipping to, and click on the "Finalize My Order" button. This will connect you with our secured online order entry system and the final step in shopping. Please fill out all customer information completely. Any missing data may cause the order to not be accepted or entered properly. Once you have completed this form, click on the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page. Your order will then be submitted to BC Specialties for approval and processing. You will also be linked to a confirmation page listing your order number and the total for the items purchased. An automated e-mail will be sent which lists the items purchased and address information. If there are any changes which need to be made, you will need to contact BC Specialties immediately via phone or e-mail.

Orders can also be placed via phone or fax.

SHIPPING

BC Specialties ships products world wide. Due to the variety of items, quantities ordered, weights, and shipping locations, BC Specialties calculates all shipping rates off line. If an unordinary shipping method (ie: a UPS-Next Day delivery for a $10.00 item) is selected, you will most likely be contacted to confirm this. BC Specialties always tries to offer the least expensive and best method available for all deliveries. If you have selected a UPS-Ground delivery for an inexpensive item, BC Specialties will attempt to ship via US Postal if it can be received by the customer within the same desired delivery date at a lesser shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

BC Specialties is pleased to be able to ship products world wide. All international order will ship via Federal Express, Express Mail, or Air Mail depending on the value of the order and shipping location. International customers will receive and e-mail to confirm their order, shipping method and estimated freight cost prior to the order shipping.

CUSTOMERS IN THE MILITARY

BC Specialties is very proud to be able to ship products to our customers serving in the military. All order shipping to a military address will ship via Priority Mail.

COD ORDERS

Although not an available method during checkout, BC Specialties does offer COD shipping via UPS within the USA. All COD's transactions will be with cashiers check or money order. An additional service is charged by UPS for this billing method. If you wish to order COD, you will need to submit your order by phone, fax, or mail. You will be advised of the exact amount of your transaction prior to shipping. 

RETURN POLICY

All items are inspected and/or tested, by BC Specialties prior to shipping. All claims for a return or exchange must be made within 14 calendar days from the date the item is received. All items must be new, unused and in the original manufactures packaging. All returns or exchanges must be confirmed with BC Specialties via phone, fax or e-mail, prior to being sent back. All returns or exchanges of Credo humidifiers must be in the original manufactures packaging, unopened, and unused. All lighters are tested prior to shipping. All returns or exchanges of lighters require the product be in original/unused condition, have all original packaging and all original stickers. All claims as to manufactures defects or lighters require they be returned by the customer to the manufacture for repair or replacement. For all other inquires, please contact BC Specialties.
