Quadrant Hinge Set

   Polished solid brass quadrant hinge set with lid stay that stops at 95°. If you are making a high-end cigar humidor or top-lid jewelry box and are capable of getting over the initial jig and fixture phase, then these hinges are for you. They require a full mortise depth of 3/4" on the top lid and 1" on the bottom for the stay support (install with 3/16" spiral router bit). They also need to be routed the thickness of the hinge (.061") in order to set flush with the lid of the box. In addition there are 6 holes to be drilled for each hinge.
