SHIPPING:
All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. We ship via US Postal and UPS, unless otherwise specified. Often times, the order ship method may be adjusted to provide the customer with the best delivery at the lowest price. All final shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the package. We do not charge an additional handling or processing fee. All shipping charges are at customers expense.

BACK ORDERS:
You will be notified if there will be any delay in filling your order or if any items are out of stock.

RETURNS:
BC Specialties strives to maintain the highest customer satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned by first contacting BC Specialties. All shipping costs for returns must be prepaid and should be accompanied by the original invoice. Returns must be in PERFECT, UNUSED, AS NEW condition. No credits or refunds will be made for items returned in unsatisfactory condition. These items will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
